Single Layer Single Chamber Laminator

This is an automatic Single Layer Single Chamber Laminator, applicable to small capacity solar module manufacture.
Main Structures: Loading + Hot Laminating Section + Unloading. One set of Vacuum Pump (Chinese pump or Germany pump can be chosen by customer), One set of Heating Station (if electrical heating type, no need heating station)

Can be standard 2300*3600mm, 2700*4600mm, other size can be custom-made. (please contact with sales)

5.Evacuation Time: The time is combined with customer’s own material and process setting. Our company can help to set the parameter first time.

7.It has automatic loading table and unloading table, Suitable for small size solar panel serial production.

8.This laminator has teflon sheet circulation system, synchronizing with lower conveyor belt, which realizes linking with automatic production line.

9.SIEMENS PLC can realize communication with computers meeting the requirement of modern industrial automation control.

10.Upper and lower vacuum chamber has manual emergency vent, once unexpected power failure, can be manually opened cover.

11.Apply PVC conveyor belt to transmit, frequency converter controls gear motor drive, encoder positioning, stable transmission and accurate positioning.

12.Ground Bearing weight: ≥1 Tons per square meters.
